Could Bush Face Jail Time?

Is it possible that George W. Bush and some of his closest friends be taken to jail for crimes that were committed while in office. Can this bunch be prosecuted for these crimes? Do you want him to face trial for his crimes? Would you be satisfied if he is not punished for any crime that he may have committed as president?
